Mock Trial Vocabulary Review Activity
This activity allows students to be introduced to necessary vocabulary before they examine the case and its materials as they prepare for the Mock Trial. Front-loading the legal and technical vocabulary before students experience it in the Mock Trial content will allow them to better access the information of the case, without being tripped up by unfamiliar terms.
