The democratic systems of our republic require conversation and compromise to solve problems. At\u00a0Civics Learning Project, we believe students need to practice deliberative democracy\u00a0in order to be the functioning community members we hope they become in adulthood.<\/div>\n

This interactive workshop aims to provide educators with practical strategies they can use in their classrooms to facilitate productive student discourse.\u00a0We will focus on ways to strengthen classroom conversations and community engagement.<\/p>\n
