Please join us in welcoming Regional Program Manager Jenny Hehnke to the Civics Learning Project team! Jenny will be helping us achieve our key strategic objective of expanding our reach to more schools, teachers, and students in the Willamette Valley region.
Jenny received her doctorate in Political Science in 2009, and has been teaching middle and high school social studies and literature in the Eugene area since 2015. She is most passionate about allowing kids to develop their voice and see how their unique passions can have an impact on the world – a perfect fit with our mission at Civics Learning Project!
Jenny lives in Eugene with her husband, two kids, and two huge dogs. She is happiest with her family, camping, hiking, diving in mountain lakes, baking cookies, organizing things, reading, and collaborating with amazing people.
